Bluetree - Steven DeLong

Steven DeLong is a graduate of Utah State University’s Jon Huntsman School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. Steve has over 25 years of experience in successful corporate, private, and non-profit management experience.

Steve has been in the dental industry since 2009. He began as an administrator for a pediatric dental group where he focused his time, education, and professional experiences on relieving the owner providers of the stresses associated with managing both the clinical and business operations of the group. It wasn’t long before he and the owners started to see the benefits of professional administrative support and began to explore the creation of a company with the goal of expanding these support services beyond a single practice. In 2011, Bluetree Dental was born.

In the last 12 years, Bluetree has grown from just a few locations in Northern Nevada to supporting almost 70 providers (43 Provider owners) in 6 western states with a team of over 500 members. Bluetree is planning for continued growth and added The Clarivest Group as a minority partner in early 2023 to assist in those plans.
